The Ahud and the Mushirikun

As soon as the process immigrated there were still Mushirikun in Medina. They lasted up until the battle of Badr when the process then returned back to Medina. That was when every single Mushirik realized that we are such a small minority and now the process has won we need to convert. All of these people converted after Badr. When this treaty is taking place it's not Badr yet so there are still pagans. So what does the process of them say? No Mushirik shall offer protection to the Khoraysh even if it is in return for life or money. More shall he in any way come between the Khoraysh and the believers
