I think what's happening is that there was a certain dogma at Microsoft about what a M.R. should be, and my hope is that the new crop of people who are managing this are much more data driven. And so I'll ask the question, what are our customers really want? What do they really need today? That gives them room to make better decisions than have been made because they're not operating at a dogma.
