How Can You Control Your Health?

i was convinced that my gut health and a lot of inflammation stuff was causing my mood to really fluctuate. i'm going on a whole food's diet, like very nutritionl but also doing some light intermittent fasting. And i got myself a fit bit, and now i am committing to exercising each day in a way that works for me. With those things, i can't believe the difference in my mood and my energy levels throughout the day.
