How to Use Enclose With Rank to Split Rows Together
Right now you've got uh enclose which turns the the whole argument into one rank zero array. There could instead be a function that takes like a left argument that's the rank and it splits those. The old method of doing it was exactly that before dalek added rank operator from j to the language.
