Just put em on both sides of your cheek, and start massaging right there in the jaw area and your cheek. And when you're doing that for just like at least 30 seconds, what you're doing is your relaxing the muscles and forcing those fibres then relax itself. When the rubber band has all that tension and you want to release it, all you gav to do is massage that muscle and you'll notice a huge difference
