Clarence Thomas's Dessent, a National Hero
Supreme Court Justice Clarence thomas dissented in a case about unconstitutional Pennsylvania election law changes. In his dissent, he said: "We failed to settle this dispute before the election and thus provide clear rules for future" He added that by doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling.
