Zhou Enlai and Nankai Middle School

Zhou Enlai's first entry into this world was a journal he ran from October 1914 to June 1917. He also got involved in and worked his way to the top of the school's official weekly journal called Xiaofeng, or School Wind. After Nankai Middle School, the next stop for Zhou Enlai was Japan. In July 1917, after first stopping off in Shenyang, Zhou En lai headed out to Japan. These turned out to be two rough years. The October Revolution had just gone down in Russia. It was all over Japan and Zhou got his first whiff. As far as the path China needed to take to revive itself it wasn't the Japanese model
