At the moment for me at least here in London it's normally about 70 to 80 percent of people are data science professionals. There is a very strong industry preference so I do have clients who are very specific in terms of having that industry experience. A recruiter becomes so adept that he or she is going to learn the industry learn the role and be and also know that the competitors as well well enough.
