The Importance of Debriefing

There just isn't any perfection, even with people that have done this for a long time. The second element is the fact that you learn something and improve after every single presentation or meeting or conversation that you have. One of the tools in the book is a debrief process. And it's essentially asking yourself three questions after every presentation. What went well? What didn't go well? What am I going to do differently next time?
