The Complexity of Construction
Construction is like a Lego set and you have all of your Legos and here's the final picture. But we're not telling you how to do it. We actually threw the instructions away. And so I expect the Lego to look exactly like that, but how you do it, I don't know. It's for you to figure out. That's what's in everybody's heads right now - building something with all of these different constraints and variables out in the real world. He says software providers make this mistake too: They make their products way too complicated.
