There's that level of, like, international relations and people peace keeping and diplomatic stuff. And then there's thatlevel of the individual in the room. So much of this depends on personality again,. This really carismatic person. Does that present a challenge for learning from this case and trying to apply what bort worked in this case to other cases? I mean, as far as case studies go, it did this pretty extreme case where an protected area around one multi-body body doesn't apply anywhere else. But i think the thing that's more complicated at the international scale is finding the assorted levers of influence across national interests.
