She has now released a book; The First Survivor: Life With Canada's Deadliest Mass Shooter. We talk to her about the years of intimate partner violence that she suffered and what she wants people to understand about the cycle of violence. And she responds to some of the victims' families — who have expressed anger about her decision to tell her story.
