Building a Clean Energy Economy at Scale

Right now we have a process, a bunch of processes that involve a whole bunch of different veto points where people with the right means and the right lawyers can come in and hold up a project. It doesn't work for what we need to do to build a clean energy economy. And it doesn't make it easy for disadvantaged and overburdened communities to have voice in the process. The goal is not to shoot down a project but to successfully site ony projects.
