The Court System and the Filibuster

The Democrats signaled they have massed 44 votes to filibuster Neil Gorsuch. This is a really interesting tactical move because there's just no argument that he isn't someone qualified for the Supreme Court of the United States. But, you know, look, we all know that once the filibuster was pulled by Harry Reid what that meant was the trigger was going to be pulled on the very next filibustered nominee. That was inevitable at that point and we're absolutely living with the consequences.
