What's the Difference Between Turnkey and Turnkey?

One of the four properties i own is a turnkey property. So that experience was totally different my other experience with the other three houses i own. Turnkey again, oes you, you contact a company that does turnkey properties. There's many, many of em out there in every city and every every ia realisted investing area.
