Is There Any Evidence That the FBI Was Involved in Her Disappearance?
The FBI know Dr. Rouge is alive, but they don't know exactly where she is. She's likely being protected by some shadowy people from the sounds of it organized crime who've helped her in the past. We just arrived at Frank Schneider's village. He's under house arrest while he appeals the FBI's extradition request. As I walked through his hallway, I spot a small figure in. It's a 007 car.
