The Importance of Connecting Academics and Practice
I think it's really crucial that academics use their privilege of not being in the market to absolutely sit on the shoulders of the market. I'm spending a lot of time at the moment just trying to understand lean agile as a practice, just as an example. And if I don't have the skills to materialize ideas, you know, I have to find people who have those skills and then like, harangue them and cajole them until they make what I tell them they should make. That is kind of, that's what I've made a career out of doing.
