The Tapa Inka - The Unique Leader

The sapper inca is the unique leader, if you like. It was inherited by a small ethnic group of the inca themselves. There was definite competition between different potential inheritors of that position. And it would be effectively the strongest son that would inherit. That led to dynastic battles - and atawalpa effectively just won that battle as the spanish arrived.
