i came into radius end of last year on a special projects roll at then morfed in february to the c o roll. And i've loved it, having had the experience of acting co at met life ker o changes. In terms of strategy execution, i think the strategy is very clear, but we need tox ute that quickly and well. But also, another focus will be making sure that our kear home leaders, and everybody in our kearHome has everything they need to be to be their very best.
