Customer service to it's sort of a, you know, when you call somebody, right? I had to call this company the other day because a piece of furniture I bought, it's not living up to my expectations. When I get on the cold, I'm very civil to don't want to be that guy who they use in training calls later. There's a lot of friction to get your answer resolved. So if you're the kind of person who's going to be just an at least pissed off at somebody that only makes you like, viewing by the end of the call, probably not great. It's making the user experience pretty terrible with capture, which was already pretty crap
