Tony's sister had asked for a wellness check on him and his family in December. She hadn't been able to reach them since the 23rd or 24th of January. The totes were known to travel Tony, especially like he traveled regularly between Connecticut and Florida. Ashley: I'm pretty sure that the officers are at least aware that that something's been happening or that there have been wellness checks.
