The notion, the allegation that is very frequently cited is that the SEC engages in regulation by enforcement. I will restrict my comments to crypto, though acknowledge they may exist well beyond it. It's just beyond my kind of level of expertise. And I've tried to stay as much over my skis as possible. When we wake up and go to the office every day, it is about enforcing regulations.
