The Passover of the Sons of Israel

In verse 20 it says that moses is talking to hobab the son of ruell the midianite and we're it's a little complicated just to who this is as to whether this is a father-in-law or brother-in-laws of moses. The tribe of hobab joined the tribe of juda and settled with them in the holy land so i guess he said yes and so he traveled with them as a as a guide to the wilderness. We also find out kind of in the middle of the chapter about somebody that went along with them.
