Is There Anything You Wish You Would Have Done Differently?
I think earlier is tefinitly the thing. I would recognize themso maybe maybe standing at the beginning. And i still believe that iman, christina myself have been a superb leadership team. But we've grown too fast as a company to make a change on the leadership side. So i think howin even if it's external, a more senior leaders, or allier senior leaders, would have helped through the journey. We haven't gone to that. We just figured out how to. In its way, challenging raymon challenging, and having some one next toans, i think acting more apfront er and being more aware of that....
