The Problem With Slashing Mev Value Capture

I agree it's definitely no easy problem to solve mev but also one of the whole benefits of f-chains was that you know you get a lot more control or sort of mev value capture. I don't know what if there was like a validator that perhaps like he's like a quote unquote dumb validator he doesn't know what he's doing and so for example someone's providing someone else with like a bad execution price because he knows that order flow is toxic for whatever reason. That also seems like a very reason to mess up someone's execution by like a side amount. It feels like there should be some in-fotical mechanism to sort of like fight me
