Valokovski was one of a number of scientists who have been accused of being pseudo-scientists. In the early twentieth century, there's very little of this kind of stuff. But in 19 50, all these cases emerged then. The reason why that's puzzling is ecause weird theories appear constantly, many times a day, everywhere.
