From my understanding and reporting, the edict has gone on out there shall be no messing with election rules for two thousand 22 and beyond that. That is a red line for him. He is all about power, all about retaining power. And because he retains some mild petina of respectability, they have not challenged him. They have not pushed him. i hope he changes that in the new year.
