The CIA and the Digital Currency

I was like wondering, how's the CIA going to get some of its money? If everything is to go on digital, therefore, everything is tracked. Like a full accounting should be easy to make. Auditing should be made easier, especially the Pentagon. And when you have black budgets and you have weird black ops stuff, everything the CIA has done, they don't want, they want to deal in cash,. So why would they want to go on this kind of thing? Unless there are really probably three digital currencies, one for us, one, another one as the intermeter in between... Wait till the CIA discovers Monero. Yeah.
