When we look at right now, forty 700, all time high, it doesn't seem like there's a lot of room left to run. Once you get supply tan fully on line, you will start to see some of those pressures. But again, that could be well into 20 22. And wage o the mad picture o ut and wages aren't keeping up, right? Iwh what's your view on the markets then?
