Do I Have a Right to Demand a Check Instead of Cash or Casino?
If you're at Mandalay Bay and you get a trespass warning that said that includes MGM, the casino on the trespass. I don't know how that is a material term or undercutting material term of the contract entered into on the wager. Do I have a right to demand a check instead of cash or casino? Sure. Will it, will that, will that probably be granted? It's my understanding from reviewing this in the experience of my clients that if you request a check, you can get a check. The actual regulation that addresses this says the casino must promptly pay by cash or check.
