The Importance of Competence in Caring for People's Data
This report underscored the importance of what they call competency in caring for people's data. Do you feel like you need to prove that to your customers or is it implicit? So how do you think about this whole concept of competency and reassuring people that the data in your hands is very well taken care of? In our industry, customers' data is sacrosanct. And so we have a very large set of technology processes and people to make sure that data is protected. If we lose our customers' trust on data, that doesn't just affect the cute experiences and marketing that we can do but will affect whether or not people actually visit our properties.
