The Scottish Parliament in Legislation Will Be Published, and a Legal Manner in Which to Do That
Lawmakers are looking at framing legislation for a referendum before the end of next year. But if they do, then the scottish parliament will find a way to consult people anyway. I mean, we will try and frame referenti legislation in such awy that it is legally water tight. And i don't know how long that process is going to take, but it's not a good look, i think, for for the westminster government to be taking an elected scottish government to the supreme court to deny it its central mandate on which it was elected.
