The NTSB and the East Palestine Derailment
There are many different types of infrastructure. And when we ignore one, it can have a cascading effect and imperil many others in communities. The NTSB is going to need to answer why did it have to get to that point? I think it just released an initial report that suggested there was an overheated wheel bearing. Obviously, there are questions about the breaking system that was used and some industry rollbacks of some safety features.
