The Rise in the Cost of Building a Home

Homes are just taking longer to build because of some supply delays and trade shortages. Over the next 12 months do I see that there's going to be some easing in house prices probably not but what I reckon we will see is that we're just not going to continually see those dramatic price increases over the next year or so builders say. We have seen in the media sort of 28 to 30 percent increases in each individual trade like plumbing and supplies for steel and timber which has been a dramatic increase.
