I remember feeling this is something... I've caused this new thinking. It was a clear negative thought process that got me there. You could sort of sense that it was like a domino effect then you could sort of ... You could remember the source of it. That it was from this cycle of thinking. The great thing about this is that they're preventable and curable. You just need to know this breathing technique, which I haven't had to use. But once you've experienced what controlling your breathing can do, it feels like a bit of a super power in situations where you start to get a bit stressed. Just to take a moment to breathe in before out for 30 seconds
