You see a lot of teams do over 100 transactions, but for one man to do it by himself is crazy good! We talked how he did it, how he prospects. I’ll give you a hint - he does over 5 hours of cold calling per day! Even at this level of success, he’s still doing it. A lot of that came from his background as a pro-footballer, aka soccer. We talk about all of the skills he learned as an athlete, how he used that discipline and drive to take into real estate. He also came from England and has been doing this for the last six years. To have that amount of success in in a new country, in a new career, that quickly is absolutely insane.
