Are You Running Experiments?

I think marketing marketn academics love to run experiments. But sometimes there's a bit of pushback because the especially if they don't like the results, you know. And often the results are whill your marketing campaign isn't actually having n effect. I think companies could do a lot to help to promote that type of mind set by just kind of saying, it's ok, part of the value of experiments or some things are going to fail, but it's better to know it now than to be running out a larger scale a policies that you think are effective and then turn out not to work.
