When it comes to hiring engineers at our own studio, i'm very particular about this. I bet you anythin there's a lot of people that listen to our podcasts who have a better engineer at a lower cost than the people they're trying to hire. Though they may only have a year or two experience, they're actually much further ahead than most others. They've grown to build a relationship with the right people in the industry who are able to pay those budgets.
