We can say we want to do something, but until we're internally motivated to actually get it done, it's not ever going to get done. The people that i know that are the most motivated to work out usually have an inner drive based on something either that's happened to them or happened to some one else. And then once you actually get started with exercises, there is a runner's high. There is that sense of strength and well being that comes when you do actually exercise regularly.
