The Importance of Trust and Explainability in AI Platforms
Most companies care about trust and explainability when they deploy AI. If it is, let's say unfairly biased on certain attributes like race, gender, age and those sort of things, there is liability associated with it. IBM has a product called OpenScale that allows one to bring in your own AI model wherever you have built it. So now I would say after the initial hype, we're getting to a point where we have somewhat more mature AI platforms that are able to offer these capabilities.
