Seven step tests that you have developed to help all parties consider a specific data sharing request. How would this work in practice? How can you combine data sharing with issues such as data protection and the protection of intellectual property rights? Yeah, we really tried to think through this process of implementation by laying down these seven steps that we believe will help not only the target parties, but also the enforcers and other stakeholders involved to understand how this process could work.
