i definitely agree with both nikilla and wendy, i suppose. But iim going back to it in a kind of more, it's bigger exaggerate what it's going to do for us. Democracy reforms that are read as procedure don't have a real history of success on their own terms. The only way successfully to alter that is to somehow link democracy to material conditions.
