Why do you think it's important to read those two thinkers together perhaps particularly when some would say they're doing two dissimilar projects? I saw a lot of overlap there my own approach to thinking about normativity is very uh Foucaudian um and so in some sense I did want to go back to recover certain themes from dialectical enlightenment and adorna's work on history and normativity but I saw those as being heavily influenced by my own FouCaudian commitments, says Dorna winfico
