The Green New Deal and the State's Role in the Economy
Biden's plan to nationalize the commanding high-city economy seems both an enormous leap politically and economically. But within the Biden administration, you can see an openness for a much greater public role in what were traditionally considered private decisions. This seems qualitatively different from Obama and Clinton-style democratic economic policy. Does it seem like we need it? Absolutely.
