Some of the biggest companies in tech, Twitter, Apple and Salesforce, have all started requiring employees to come into the office a certain amount of time during the week. For new mothers who are juggling their full time jobs and having a newborn, the shift away from remote work is especially challenging. Further compounding the problem is the move by big tech to pull back on some of the pandemic era benefits, specifically working from home.
