Credit Card Fees - Are They Killers?
Rohe Chopra: Credit cards are one of the most common items we owe and we collectively owe about $1 trillion. We estimate that people pay around $120 billion each year in interest and fees, he says. Chopra: I think what this is going to do is it's going to make companies not want to compete on how many late fees they can harvest.
