How to Select the Right Catheter for Your Arteries

I tend to use either a prograte, a direction or a sniper catheter. My initial wire that I start with is a Fathomo 1.4. As far as from the femoral, I've been using the sniper a lot later. And this isn't something that I recommend everyone go out and start using because it's a whole different kind of concept. But there's some potential there that we could demonstrate the benefit of using balloon occlusion and for PA.
