E an: What were some of the things that you could look at from a success standpoint, from implement tation and execution? I think probably the number one, a progresor improvement may be the better word, that we made, was on the pre falsification for a resident. Did quite a bit of training,quite a bit of menturing, just making sur that everybody really understood what it meant to live in this complex. And i mean, puto for the team that we've just had some real rock stars. Sel, yeh then it's been fun to watch, i'll tell you that much.
