The Justice Department's Request to Stop the FDA's Approval of the Drug Mythic Priest Own

The Justice Department has filed a request in a federal appeals court seeking to halt ruling that would block FDA's decades old approval of drug mythic priest own. As of now, that ruling is set to go into effect by the end of the week. If the appeals court does not grant the request, the government's only option would be the ask the Supreme Court to intervene.
