It depends on the level of report and natural efrefind nature of the conversation. In private conversations you will find rehearsals constantly, every ten or 15 seconds. When you get to public speech which is far more left brained and ordered, the revearsals will drop off quite significantly. But yes, they do occur in old speech patents. They will vary in their frequency and intensity depending on the tot of conversation that is taking place.
